FAQ
1. What is the fitness level required for this tour?
Although there won't be difficult hikes, some iconic spots require hiking up to an hour, such as Tre Cime di Lavaredo or Lago Limides. The hike to Laguna Federa is more difficult although not impossible.
Be reassured, no one will be left behind. In case the group is not comfortable with more difficult hikes, The tour will be adapted to fit everyone. However, iconic places such as Tre Cime di Lavaredo won't be skipped.
2. How will the weather be at that time of the year?
In October, the weather starts to cool down in the evening and in higher altitude while day temperature can be in the mid 10°C (50°F). Therefore, having warmer clothes, gloves and hat for the colder mornings and evenings is important. This is also the time of the year where the first snowfalls are likely, but mostly around passes. No specific snow equipment should be necessary.
